No, it's really bad. The biggest issue is the gameplay and I think I read somehere that the games designers used a different code and the result is horrible connectivity problems; lag, cars moving as if they weren't connected to the track etc. As a result the lobbies are mostly empty compare to GT Sport. r/granturismo. I always liked gran turismo but for a decade I only had PS3 and no money to upgrade it and for most of the time no proper internet connection. Now I currently have gained enough money to buy PS5 with GT7, but I don’t know if it is even worth it (at least now) because I heard mixed oponions about GT7. Some things you should know before you buy: -Microtransactions went live after the game launched so reviews wouldn’t reflect that. -They changed the payout on races so it takes longer to purchase new cars. -You have to always be online, even though it’s mostly a single player game. GT7 is definitely one of the better simcades. But 5k is a little too much for games imo. I mean you can still go for it if your budget allows, or you could wait a few months for a sale. Since its a simcade you don't need a steering wheel at all to play well in GT7. You can be just as good with a controller. The game looks stunning and with the 480p and 1080i modes for the lucky HDTV owners out there it gets even better.
